Order FAQs

The following FAQs are some of the most common questions our customers meet before purchasing a product. Please contact our customer service department if you have other questions.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No need. You can place an order without an account at PCbattery.com.au. After finishing payment, you will receive an automatic confirmation email and then the order will be processed. When the item is to leave our warehouse, you will receive a second email with tracking information about your parcel.

What payment methods are accepted?

Payments by paypal, no paypal account required. Paypal is safe and free for buyers.
Credit Card: VISA, MasterCard, the United States n Express, JCB, Diners Club, Maestro & Laser Card, etc.
Google Pay:We accept payments with Google Pay, a mobile payment method that allows you to pay securely and easily with your smartphone or tablet.

Do I need a PayPal account to pay?

No. You can pay with your credit/debit card (Visa, MasterCard, the United States n Express, and Discover) or eCheck — all without having a PayPal account. When you are redirected to the Paypal page please click the tab "Pay with a debit or credit card".

I placed an order, but never received a confirmation email.

If you do not receive an email from PCbattery.com.au within a few hours of placing your order, be sure to check your personal Spam folder.
If you are still unable to locate the confirmation email for your order, please contact our Customer Care team by emailing sale@pcbattery.com.au or by clicking here.

When will my order be shipped?

In most cases, the order will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. This does not include weekends or holidays. You will receive an email notification once your order ships.

Can I change my order once it has been processed?

Generally, orders cannot be changed once they have been placed. However, if you contact us immediately after placing the order, we will try our best to accommodate the change(s). If the order has already been shipped out, we can not make any changes.

I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.

Please contact our customer service department and indicate that you need a receipt/invoice. Then we will send you it by mail.

I received the wrong product.

In case you receive wrong products due to our mistake, please contact our customer service department for exchange or refund. We will make exchange or refund arrangement after goods are returned.
